Schedule an AppointmentRecovering from a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) is a physically and administratively demanding process. SEHA Medical offers a streamlined, premium recovery experience, acting as your medical advocate and primary care coordinator.
Our integrated team of physicians and physiotherapists execute evidence-based trauma recovery protocols while our administrative staff assists with the complex paperwork required by Alberta insurance providers, allowing you to focus entirely on healing.
A comprehensive initial trauma assessment will identify both immediate and underlying injuries. We will design a rigorous, individualized rehabilitation timeline and directly communicate your clinical status to your insurance adjuster as required.
Medically necessary consultations and diagnostic services are fully covered under the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP). Any premium, uninsured, or third-party services will always be discussed transparently with you prior to treatment.
If you are experiencing a severe medical emergency—such as chest pain, severe bleeding, or difficulty breathing—please dial 911 or proceed to the nearest Hospital Emergency Room immediately.
For specialized treatments, a referral from a primary care physician may be required. For general consultations, you can book directly.
Most standard medical procedures are covered by AHCIP. Premium wellness or uninsured services will be discussed upfront.
